What we collect, and what we keep.

What the form collects

If you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, your business name, your website, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record the time of the submission and basic request information your browser sends with any web request, which is the country the request came from, the page that referred you, and your browser's user-agent string.

We use it to reply to you and to run the diagnosis you asked for. Nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list, and there is no list to be added to.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run cross-site tracking of any kind.
• We do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookie-free and it does not fingerprint visitors or track anyone across sites. It tells us how many people reached a page and roughly where from. It does not tell us who you are.

The receipts we keep, and why

Elsewhere on this site we say we archive the raw data behind every finding with a timestamp. Here is exactly what that means, because it is the promise most worth being precise about.

When we diagnose a website, we save the raw material the diagnosis rests on: the page responses we fetched, the measurements we took, and the date and time we took them. That material is the publicly reachable content of the website in question, retrieved the same way any visitor's browser retrieves it. We keep it so that if a finding is ever challenged, by you or by whoever built the site, we can show the evidence that produced it instead of asking anyone to take our word.

We do not log into anything, we do not access private systems or analytics accounts, and we do not collect information about your customers.

How long we keep things

Form submissions and correspondence: kept while we are talking, and for up to two years afterward so we can pick a conversation back up.

Diagnostic evidence: kept for as long as the finding it supports could reasonably be questioned, which we treat as two years from the date of the diagnosis.

Both are deleted on request, sooner.

Where it lives

This site is served by Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare database and a notification is emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. Those two companies process the data on our behalf and under their own terms; nobody else receives it.

Your choices

Write to us and ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete all of it. We will do it and confirm when it is done. There is no form to fill in and no account to close, because we do not create accounts.

If you are in a place with a statutory privacy right, such as California or the EU or the UK, exercising it is the same request and we handle it the same way.

Reaching us

Use the form on the homepage, or reply to any message you have had from us. Either reaches the same place.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
